Hey guys lets just hop right in today and get going, today I want to talk about how you can reach your goals faster by doing this one tip. And that is Taking more Action today and everyday until you reach that GOAL. I just order this guys book call (The 10XRule) which is all about what Im going to talk about here today. The rule is writing out your goals and coming up with a action plan, then doing 10 times more to reach that goals,yeah, now if you think about it, it makes since and I wonder why nobody else has ever thought of this before! I wish I would have, I could have been a best selling author by now. Be honest with yourself, how much ACTION are you taking to reach your goals, let me answer that one, not nearly enough, because we all fall in this trap, me too. Thats why I wrote down on my bathroom wall, take more action EVERYDAY, thats going to be my daily IDEAL for the next 6 months. I will keep you posted, now how about you?are you going to join me in this plan, so we can start kicking ass and taking names at the same time. Lets finish with this, make sure that you put in maximum EFFORT in everything that you do from now on, don’t let a day pass by, that you don’t get in the effort towards your goals. Hey guys, how is the fall where ever you are at? Here in kobe, Its getting cool, so it make teaching tennis the ideal sport. Today tip, is all about controlling your EMOTION on the court. The key to playing your game, is to be able to RELAX and let your stroke flow and when emotion set in, it always effects your game. Look, we all get nervous when we play a match, so just admit it and accept it, then do what ever you can get in the flow. One good thing to do is before the match, is get some MENTAL PICTURING in. Thats when you find a quiet place and practice visualizing ,seeing yourself playing your best tennis, try to FEEL the emotion you would if you were actually playing the match. Next, make sure when you get on the court that you don’t bring any extra baggage with you, get your mind clear first. Last thing, is to get in a good WARM UP before the match starts, by moving your feet as much as possible and breathing smoothly. The more you move your feet, the more you should be able to relax and control your emotion. You will get better over time, so just keep practicing and BELIEVE in your game! Tennis is all about developing your self-belief, so work on building your up EVERYDAY! Let me ask, what did you do today to build up your self-belief? The key to success is doing something everyday to reach your GOAL!

The key here is now to struggle, if you try to FORCE your play, you will throw your rhythm off. Because any form of struggle disrupts your TIMING, we see it all the times with the pros and our peers. see tennis is a FEEL game and your main goal is to get a better feel for your game every time you play. First thing RELAX and BREATH, to let the strokes develop, as well as your game. Next, learn how to play FLOW TENNIS, many of you have before and you didn’t know it. It was that time when you weren’t trying and hit that perfect shot! The reason you could do it was because you were in the FLOW! Get it? I have been trying to get my students to understand this for years and it works, but you can’t struggle for this to happen. Just get the practice in and trust in your game, also enjoy the process to improve faster. Some people call it (zen tennis) but whatever you call it, don’t struggle in trying to do it, relax and let it happen!
