First make sure that you go to bed in a good mood the night before, this will determine how you feel when you wake up the next day, next thing is to smile when you get up, this really can help to get you in a good mood and ready for the day. Now read something Positive and think something POSITIVE, also write something POSITIVE, get yourself feeling POSITIVE! You will be surprise how much you will get from the day by doing this. Last thing, visualize how you want the day to unfold, see yourself getting things done, seeing is believing and I have found that most people go to work with a defeated attitude and it hurts them from doing anything productive, so attack the day confidence in yourself and having a positive outlook. It all about you attitude at the start of the day , so start with these tips and use them for 21 days, so you can form a habit, that I hope will last a lifetime.
